489 AIO Series Chemical Free Water Filters
Economical, Chemical-Free Removal of Iron, Manganese and Hydrogen Sulfide
The AIO’s single tank, space-saving design uses a unique process to create an air bubble at the upper portion of the tank to oxidize ferrous iron prior to being filtered by the media. It can also be used to remove low concentrations of dissolved hydrogen sulfide and manganese from water.

Key Features
Iron Removal: Special media in the AIO and AIOM increases the pH of the water to enhance iron removal and acts as a physical barrier to trap iron precipitate. The iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide are removed more effectively with high pH water.
Economical & Easy to Maintain: Removes iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) without chemicals, air pumps or a venturi.
Lasting Performance: The AIO regenerates to replenish the supply of oxygen and remove iron from the media bed.
Inlet Check Valve: The filter is fitted with an inlet check valve to prevent any air from flowing backwards out of the filter tank.
